Without doubt, this has been a life changing program for me. The hacks and small changes that the wellteam program introduced, I have now made part of my daily routine.

I would highly recommend Wellteam to anyone looking for ways to improve their wellbeing. The launch challenge is a great way to get started with a series of hacks to try out each week. Momentum is maintained through the weekly check-ins which are fun, social and inspiring. The ethos of the programme is to not add extra pressure on already busy lives which is great though there is a leaderboard for the competitively inclined. Troy has created a really innovative and engaging product which is well worth trying out.

What an awesome initiative. I'll admit it takes a little courage to get involved but if you really want to be healthier there is zero to lose and all to gain. Supportive environment, come as you are, do what works, try stuff and find your mojo. No need to worry about having to share your innermost feelings hug trees or dance naked on the sand dunes (you can if you want of course), it's all simple stuff. I'm only 4 weeks in and bouncing off the walls with renewed energy and sharpness and we all want a bit of that.
