<h2>Join us for this climb up to a beautiful lookout over the city of Adelaide.</h2> 7.00 am sharp for a rewarding walk, steep in sections amongst Koala dotted trees, along a rocky single walking track high up into Mount Lofty ranges with a spectacular 'infinity edge' view over the city. A Wellteam favourite walk. 8.15am Drinks after at Basecamp Cafe on Glynburn Road, Stonyfell. REMEMBER: Social walks are not guided and not supported. You walk at your own risk and should exercise judgement as to whether this walk is right for you.

Given little chance to live, Pete is now a living, breathing example of the power of neuroplasticity. 60 minute lap of the picturesque Torrens River. Flat ground, no hills, some steps. 

Meet at the corner of Jolley's Lane and Victoria drive in the city (opposite Torrens Parade Ground). We head off at 7.00am sharp. We'll do a lap then grab a drink at Lounders Boatshed Cafe from around 8am - 8.30am. Bring a mate if you can. NOTE: These are unguided, unaided, unsupported social walks/runs so bring everything you need and use your own judgement whether it is right for you.

Launch Challenge February Kick-off

Your life will be defined by experiences. The more adventurous, the more memorable. Join Wellteam for this 14 day mountain biking and hiking adventure in the Himalayas. 

When was the last time you were really excited and a bit nervous? There is a point in life where we must re-engage our adventurous spirit before physical limitations prevent us doing what we would love to do. In 2023, a group of Wellteam members from across the world will converge on the Himalayan town of Pokhara in Nepal to embark on a 12 day high-altitude adventure combining non-technical mountain biking with hiking. <h3 class="ql-align-center">MTB Skill Level - BASIC</h3><h3 class="ql-align-center">Fitness Required - MODERATE</h3><h3 class="ql-align-center">Adventure level - HIGH</h3><h3 class="ql-align-center">Memorability - OFF THE CHARTS</h3> Ride through serene villages and across some of the most spectacular high-altitude countryside in the world. Riding will be on well established tracks with no technical riding. A moderate level of general fitness with some cycling specific training is advised. <img src="https://dl2vy1zx2qtgi.cloudfront.net/public_image/90c169f7bb5e21015581fd83f37e47c62b5dd831.jpeg"> One of the most challenging elements is the high altitude pass up near 5500 metres (similar to Everest Base Camp). This will be a highlight and an incredible achievement. Once reaching the highest point, you'll descend down past alpine lakes, through quaint alpine villages and temples, passing Nepalese children and families going about daily life. Visit local houses, meet buddhist monks in traditional temples and explore this ancient culture. <img src="https://dl2vy1zx2qtgi.cloudfront.net/public_image/2aaf7d13c7d5307c520f8824763646f95ad5bd2f.jpg"> Many people have walked around the Annapurna Circuit but few have explored this area on bike.
