What's your focus this week? Are you on the Wellteam Monthly Missions Program, a Custom Program or just hanging with the crew? Join us for this weekly touch-point to connect in with other Wellteam members. Keep each other on task. Swap stories, share your experience and focus in on making the most of life through mind and body hacks.&nbsp; It's a zoom session, so drop in for as long as you want. GOLDEN RULE: No apologies for being late or leaving early. We all have full and engaging lives, drop by for the time you have be that 5 minutes or 45. REMEMBER: it's the people around you that make life worthwhile, engage in Wellteam for a happier, healthier life.

Swim and/or Walk the beautiful beachfront at West Beach Adelaide.

Beach walk, run and/or swim from Henley Sailing Club. For the brave (or crazy) 6.30am we will meet for a short (probably very short) swim in the Ocean or a short run before drying off and joining the rest of the Adelaide Wellteam chapter at 7am for a one hour walk along the beach. Our runners will hit the foreshore track at 6.15 for 30 minutes up and back. Flat, paved or on the sand. NOTE: These are unguided, unsupported activities organised by Wellteam members for social exercise. Use your own judgement to determine if this walk or swim is good for you and bring along everything you need including payment for your own drinks at the end.

Henley Sailing Club

14 day epic mountain bike expedition in the high-himalayas in Nepal, crossing Thorong La pass at 5416m above sea level. 

Ready for get excited, nervous, pumped up? Wellteam members from across the globe will gather in the village of Pokhara in Nepal to begin an unforgettable expedition. Plan to arrive in Kathmandu on Friday 18th October or Saturday 19th (in the morning). The trip will finish on Saturday 2nd November and flights provided to return to Kathmandu from Sunday 3rd November. Most will choose to fly out of Kathmandu on Sunday 3rd November (late pm) or Monday 4th November. Cost for the trip will be approx $4500 AUD (excluding airfares, bike hire, insurance, drinks and snacks on the tour, and other incidental expenses). Payment is direct to the tour operator Pokhara Mountain Bike Adventures in Nepal. More information to come but here's a teaser.
