Join us for this weekly touch-point to connect in with other Wellteam members. Keep each other on task. Swap stories, share your experience and focus in on making the most of life through mind and body hacks.&nbsp; It's a zoom session, so drop in for as long as you want. GOLDEN RULE: No apologies for being late or leaving early. We all have full and engaging lives, drop by for the time you have be that 5 minutes or 45. A 60 minute walk (approx) along the "Flat to Vale Trail" departing from Field Street in McLaren Vale. For those with more time available, we'll then grab a drink at a McLaren Vale cafe.

Move through the mid-week blues with this meander among the vines along the "Flat to Vale Trail". Despite the name, this is no leisurely stroll! Starting at the path entrance at Field Street in McLaren Vale, we will head toward McLaren Flat, aiming to get to Foggo Road within 30 minutes before doing a 180 and returning. That's about 5.5km out and back, so we'll be setting a good walking pace. A 'recovery' drink at a local cafe will follow. NOTE: This walk is a free, unguided, unsupported social meet-up for Wellteam members, their networks, and those interested in talking about bio-hacking, healthy habits, and Wellteam. Participation is at your own risk. Please register if you're coming along.

A Wellteam Favourite up in the stunning Morialta Conservation Park.

A steep, hilly, spectacular walk with plenty of rocky steps and uneven ground. We'll head up above the first falls then back down in the absolutely stunning Morialta Conservation Park. One to certainly get the heart pumping and a Wellteam Adelaide chapter favourite walk. A few runners likely to head out at 6.15 for a 30 minute run if you're keen to join that as well. Check the Adelaide Chapter WhatsApp Channel. Drinks after at 8.15 - 8.30 at Java Coffee, 2/84 Gorge Road, Newton. Expect to finish around 8.45am NOTE: These are free, unguided and unsupported activities organised by Wellteam members for social exercise. Use your own judgement to determine if this walk is good for you and bring along everything you need to keep yourself safe. Prepare for all weather as Wellteam go out, whatever the weather.

MORIALTA FALLS WALK

Flat, cruisy Eastern Parklands walk with Man's best friends in tow. 

Get some social exercise in some of Adelaide's beautiful parklands. This is a stunning walk in nature while being so close to the city. We choose a different route each time to keep things interesting. Terrain is flat and along sealed and unsealed paths through either the Eastern or Southern parklands. Bring along your pooch too. Meet at 7.00am sharp for a 60 minute walk. Meet at the front of the Victoria Park Grandstand. Easy to park your car on Fullarton Road or Wakefield Street. We'll decide on a cafe on the day depending upon weather and the walk direction. NOTE: These walks are not guided and are not supported. They are free social walks for Wellteam members and guests. Use your own discretion whether it's right for you and bring everything you need.&nbsp;

VICTORIA PARK + DOGS

Victoria Park Grandstand

14 day epic mountain bike expedition in the high-himalayas in Nepal, crossing Thorong La pass at 5416m above sea level. 

Ready for get excited, nervous, pumped up? Wellteam members from across the globe will gather in the village of Pokhara in Nepal to begin an unforgettable expedition. Plan to arrive in Kathmandu on Friday 18th October or Saturday 19th (in the morning). The trip will finish on Saturday 2nd November and flights provided to return to Kathmandu from Sunday 3rd November. Most will choose to fly out of Kathmandu on Sunday 3rd November (late pm) or Monday 4th November. Cost for the trip will be approx $4500 AUD (excluding airfares, bike hire, insurance, drinks and snacks on the tour, and other incidental expenses). Payment is direct to the tour operator Pokhara Mountain Bike Adventures in Nepal. More information to come but here's a teaser.
