Day 03 - Be strong.

On the third day of Wellness, my true love gave to me...

  • Pushups (floor or against a bench/wall)
  • Sit ups
  • Chair dips (using a solid chair, bench)
  • Lunges
  • Calf raises
  • Pull ups (if you can find a bar/rope/pole anything you can use to pull your body up)

These simple exercises should take you less than 7 minutes, can be done indoors or outdoors. Do them (as many as you can) three times per week or more.


You don't need a gym or weights to do strength training. You just need to start. Please, don't under-estimate how powerful these simple activities can be for your mental and physical health.


Start now and you'll be feeling stronger immediately after doing them.


Do them through to Christmas and you'll be ripping open wrapping paper like Santa on Steroids.
