Responding to a postcard in his letterbox Adrian de Brenni dived into Wellteam 'boots and all'. He's a strong member of the community and a great advocate for mental and physical wellbeing. Behind the scenes, he's always there to offer support, like a post, introduce family/friends and always lend a hand.

WEEKLY FORMAT:

One or two hacks introduced each Monday. Join the weekly check-in on Monday and learn more with a deep dive and discussion.


Who can achieve the most points across these hacks this month?


REMEMBER:

Activities will open progressively so check each week (some may already appear open if you have completed them in previous programs).


Review activities and register or update your commitment to them by selecting either:


  • In progress (I'll work to embed it as a habit)
  • Doing (I'm already regularly doing this activity)
  • Not Possible (you can change later)
  • Not Now (you can change later)


Once you register a hack as either 'In Progress' or 'Doing' it will move to the Log Activity Screen in your User Dashboard. When you complete a task daily, you press on the activity to log that you have completed that activity on that day. If it's a daily hack it will re-appear tomorrow for you to log again.


Every time you log an activity you will earn points that will lead you up the global leaderboards. Remember Wellteam points logging is 'honour based'.


Check the events page and join for weekly accountability check-ins to compare notes, discuss and engage in healthy banter with other members on a mission.


Weekly Mission Check-Points

Each week we allocate zoom time on a Monday for members to check-in and report progress against the mission. Register each week through the events page for the zoom link, add it to your calendar and we'll see you soon.


WhatsApp.

We currently use WhatsApp for our cross-member communication. Look for the link to the community in your user dashboard, chose the channels you wish to follow. Dive in and introduce yourself.
