Get some social exercise in some of Adelaide's beautiful parklands. This is a stunning walk in nature while being so close to the city. We choose a different route each time to keep things interesting.

Feel free to bring your dog if they are sociable - be aware the cafe won't allow them to dine inside with us.

Terrain is flat and along sealed and unsealed paths through either the Eastern or Southern parklands.

Bring along your pooch too.

Meet at 7.00am sharp for a 60 minute walk.

Runners head out at 6.15am for a 30 minute run.

Drinks at 8am at Commissary on Fullarton Road.

8.30'ish finish up.

Meet at the front of the Victoria Park Grandstand. Easy to park your car on Fullarton Road or Wakefield Street.
